GF Smith Colorplan packaging produced by Black Ink Projects.

The Humanrace Samba is a unique and luxurious interpretation of the original Adidas Samba model, constructed with an all-around high-end leather upper, leather lining, and leather shoelaces sourced from ECCO Leather.

Black Ink Projects collaborated with Humanrace and Adidas to deep dive into Colour and Materials R+D, development, prototyping and production of the global seeding rollout.

E-com tape, boxes, note cards and their envelopes were produced using Colorplan White Frost with a Granular emboss in 135, 175 and 1050gsm, respectively, with a B1 Litho press in bespoke Pantone inks for each trainer's monochromatic colour way of yellow, orange, pink, lilac, red and the friends and family exclusive Humanrace green. Black Ink Projects finished the packaging beautifully with a debossed clear foil logo and text.
