Assembly Coffee is an award-winning coffee roastery based in Brixton, London, sourcing the rarest and highest quality coffee beans from innovative producers worldwide. Their processing methods are often experimental, and pioneering in how they redefine quality while providing exceptional flavour experiences.

Their limited edition Assembly Fruit Fermentation Series contains three coffees, each exposed to wine yeast, then orange rind, strawberry, and passion fruit respectively.

To represent the unique nature of this series, Assembly Coffee’s Max Spencer and Vasiliki Zotou designed a limited run of box sleeves inspired by the fermentation process. Wild Clay in 300gsm was chosen for the packaging, printed with an abstract black ink pattern to portray the texture of fruit skin.
